Hamster Kombat announced a new gaming ecosystem being developed to create demand for it’s upcoming tokens.
Hamster Kombat token is gearing up for its launch as the anonymous development team behind the popular tap-to-earn game prepares to create its own gaming ecosystem around it. With already over 239 million monthly users, largely due to the Telegram distribution, the project seeks to merge Web2 and Web3 gaming experiences by increasing the utility of its HMSTR token.
According to the recently released whitepaper of the game, the team aims to expand beyond their platform with other game developers. Indeed, they said, key figures in the sector have already been contacted for cooperation to adopt HMSTR in the pursuit of constructing an “ecosystem with a strong demand for the token.” Hamster Kombat believes its games will be a USP for the project as it develops its user base and demand for its tokens ahead of an airdrop of them—the date for this is still TBA.
However, this has indeed concerned a fraction of the community, albeit a minority, with a change in strategy from the airdrop to developing the gaming ecosystem. However, the project recently reassured its members on such a stand by taking a token at making sure that the demand for the token is “built and secured in advance.”
